Windows 10 black screenshots

Hey nohope,

need your little help if you have time to check this zip file that i got from player.

My question is why are all screenshots black?
In logfile i see he is using windows 10 operating system which is fine if he would use any dx11/12 feature (as stated in your FAQ) but he anyway had them turned off. Anti-aliasing is the only option in CoD4 that makes screenshots black if using windows xp/7/8.
