Weird moss file pictures on Rainbow Six Siege.

Hello Admin,

I have recently been having issues with my moss files on rainbow six siege.
The thing is, basically everything has black outlines. Example: http://puu.sh/q3Ety/35d8bfea63.jpg or http://puu.sh/q3DAS/b37d2c5d80.jpg

Do you have any idea why this is happening perhaps?

An ESL admin and me have already tried every setting in the game and we have also tried different graphics drivers and computer screen settings. I am currently using a touch screen (although i think this has no meaning to the problem).

I would really appreciate your opinion and perhaps a solution to this uncomfortable situation I am finding myself in.
