    3,9,6,0 is still making crash on win7, not sure about win8 and 10.

    Windows 7 and MOSS version 3,9,6 got not responding error when i press captrue>stop. My teammates also got same problem. Please fix it.

    the problem was in the 64 version , I came back to 32 for now. I will publish today a new 64 but as a beta to be tested
