IS THERE ANY CHANCE THAT MOSS ZIP FILE DOESNOT GOOD(CANT extract unexpected end of archive），I USE THE WINRAR INCLUDED REPAIR TOOL TO REPAIR ,THAN CAN BE OPEND AND EXTRACT,BUT MISSING LOG FILE,ONLY HAS GAME SETTINGS.INI001 AND JPG FILES ,NOTHING ELSE.(SAME BEFORE REPAIRED,I CAN ONLY SEE GAMESETTINGSINI001 AND JPG FILE),USER IS IN NETCAFE. OR JUST ONLY STOOPED MOSS BEFORE THE FILE IS FULLY GENERATED?(I HAVE NO IDEA WHICH SITUATION IT IS)

without the log the zip is invalid , it can happen in some cases:
– power off
– player killed the process
– moss crash but in this cas the zip should contains a dmp or the player should provide a crash or event log screenshot
