Not sure if this is the right spot to post this but when I went to check if my moss still worked yesterday, I needed to update it but I keep running into the “can’t update error 7” message. I have tried everything I’ve seen online regarding error 7 fixes including downloading both versions multiple times, clearing space, turning off firewalls, etc.. The x64 version doesn’t seem to work at all but the other download allows me to get to the update option before getting the error and auto uninstalling.
I need to be able to run moss later today so I hope someone is able to help me out with this as neither myself or any of my friends have been able to figure this out.
