Windows 7 32bit users have crash all the time when they are using Moss approximately 10-15min longer. When they Stop Capture they are getting message “MOSS has stopped working”, it made zip file but without logfile and also they are not getting any MOSS.dmp file.
Here is the problem details from one of player:
http://textuploader.com/dci4mThis crash issue started to happen at 4,4,3,0 version, previous versions were fine as far as i know since there were no reports.
Is there anything what they can do to solve their problem or maybe report something using some kind of helpful tools or anything?
Just to add this.
More users with windows 7 32 or 64 bit are complaining about MOSS crashing at the end. And as i said it all started with 4.4.3.0 version.
I m also using windows 7 64 bit and so far i don’t have any crash problem.Not sure if this will help. It’s from player who is getting crash all the time even with the new 4,4,6,0 version.

These are the files from today, the moss.dmp is inside, along with the crash log.
I was testing new 4,4,7,0 version. My zip file is corrupted because of logfile that was made strange.

Also when you have time to see why some users can’t get MOSS.dmp when it crashes. It could be helpful for you to detect problems.

I’m trying to get as many feedback as possible for Moss issue so you can see what’s causing the problem.
