MOSS check problem

Hello, i have a problem when checking integrity with moss,i’m using windows 10, what happens is whenever i try to check integrity with moss it reports every .zip file as corrupted, when i logg off and login with guest account on my pc, it reports that everything is ok with .zip file.
1 more question:

try to move the file somewhere else , maybe you have a corrupted folder in your profile , moss needs to unzip the images to check them

I am getting the same error and I tried what you said and it still doesent work.

For me it only works if i login to my pc using guest account.
