after i finished my game i then i off the capture and sent the file to admins and it appears that log file is touched but i didnt change anything in the file and i was on blackbox and my blackbox is fine..

this is a warning in you case , your PC is too slow to compile log in a reasonable time. you should consider to invest in SSD
