Can't run Moss

as the PC seems to be a regular x64 one , there is no technical reason. I would say a corrupted donwload

so if i copy my MOSS and upload to mediafire for him so any chance MOSS will run on my friend pc sir ?_?

yes it should , unless the corruption happens on your pc
