I am trying to play S.K.I.L.L Special Force 2, but when I open up moss I cannot change the capture frequency to 2, and it is stuck at 60, is there any fix for this?
the ESL rule page is no more up to date , 2 meant “One screen each 2 minutes”, now the frequency is forced game by game , and counted in seconds, thus 60 means “one screen each 60 seconds” which is higher than 2 minutes and wont create you any trouble in ESL
