no it wasnt the wrong location , I just moved it in an “admin private” one not seen from public
the zip is created all along the process and feeded with capture files and screenshots , however 2 things happens only when the player clic on “stop”
– the log is generated and embedded in zip
– the zip is finalized ( aka has a CRC making it valid for unzip programs)
in your case the player never clicked on stop , which means or moss crashed or player killed the process.
I suggest you have a rule if moss crashes to request a screenshot of crash , otherwise some players will kill the process to be able to remove some files.
