I have the same worries but the game (codmw 2019) leaves completely and sometimes even made bug BattleNet and Moss also follows and does not respond. (We’ll say that a each screen here
want to make as a return windows and so BUG) I tried by disabling the 2nd screen. (Same problem directly in the menu not the time to start a game)
I’m with a 1080gtx, 1screen 144hz 1920 -1080 (Games) and 1 other 1920 – 1080 60hz
