corrupted file are aborted sessions where zip is not finalized and log not written
because moss crashed or player killed the process to prevent the log to be stored or just becuase the dont kow how to stop
you can repair such zip file with winrar but you should ask for evidence of crash such as a screenshot or moss.dmp file
